CrossFit is based on constantly varied, functional movements. Our programming meets you where you are in your fitness journey. Every class workout is scalable by our knowledgeable coaches to any skill level, any age range, and every fitness stage. Whether you are a D1 athlete, or someone who has never lifted, ran, biked, squatted, or thrown a ball; our program is for you!

CrossFit Classes

CrossFit classes are the foundation of who we are at CrossFit Philia. We host 42 CrossFit classes a week, all of which can be attended by any individual who walks through our doors. Everyone can do CrossFit. The program is infinitely scalable and we will help you along the way. CrossFit Philia trains athletes from beginners who haven’t done any form of training in years, to those who have extensive sport backgrounds. Every level of fitness is achievable here, so come see it for yourself. We strive to offer a great workout environment that is grounded in teaching correct form and movements.

Olympic Weightlifting Classes

Oly Classes are for the athlete who is interested in refining their technique on the Olympic Lifts. This program focuses on the Clean & Jerk and Snatch. By combining accessory exercises to accompany the two major lifts, Oly Classes give athletes the opportunity to have serious gains in technique and mobility that is hard to get within a typical CrossFit Class due to time constraints. You will focus on proper lifting technique, positioning, flexibility, and be immersed in a fun, energetic and positive training environment.

Personal/Small Group Training

Take a customized path to success with Private Training. Our experienced trainers will help you work toward your goals, one step at a time, with a fitness plan built just for YOU. Our Personal Training is perfect for men and women of all experience levels who want to attack specific goals and enjoy the benefits an individualized approach has to offer. With small group private training, people get a superior workout experience with people in your family/network to help increase personal accountability. This is a great option for couples, families, athletic teams, community groups and the workplace.

Pelvic Floor Seminars

Do you pee a little when you try to do double unders or max out your deadlift? Do you feel like you don’t have a good idea of how your muscles work “below the belt”? Becca is a pelvic floor physical therapist who offers seminars focused on female pelvic floor function and anatomy as it relates to the movements common in CrossFit. Small class sizes allow you to ask whatever questions you have without shame or embarrassment. Whether you’ve had kids or not, if it was 2 months or 20years ago, if you have pelvic floor problems or not, it never hurts to learn more about how your body works! Olympic Weightlifting Fundamental Seminars

A seminar developed to teach and develop the fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting. It is the perfect starting spot for new lifters or experienced lifters that would like to solidify their fundamentals! The two hour class goes through an overview of both Snatch and Clean & Jerk techniques, demonstrations of proper form, and drills to use in the future to continue to improve your efficiency. You will be able to practice as you talk about each movement and get direct feedback on how you are moving. Typically offered once per month on the weekend.
